Life's like an hourglass glued to the table...

 WARNING::BORING!!!!


   I can't believe it has been almost three years since I have written in my livejournal. I used to LIVE on here. Maybe one day I'll get the time to even do a picture update on here again....but who knows? Everything has changed since the last time I've been on here. Well everything that is except for the fact that Layne and I are still best friends. But other than that, pretty much everything. And I'm ok with change, but it's been tough lately. I'm not ready for Layne to go back to Lafayette, I like her being here. 
But that just gives me another reason to leave this place.  
  So since my last entry...I dated Brennan for three years, we got an apartment, lived happily ever after...for 6months, and then lived together "broken up" for another 6months. Now I'm back at my mom's...Somedays I miss him, but not too often. We just grew apart. I met the most amazing people living at the apartment though. I miss living there EVERYDAY. We had our little "group" and it was so much fun. For Christmas we decorated our building with over 3000 lights. It was awesome. I really miss my fun times there. But I still go back pretty often. Just to get there and complain about how much I miss living there. Change is good. 
I have to keep reminding myself of that. 
  I work nights now(at the hospital). I have a pretty awesome schedule...I work twelve hour shifts(7pm-7am) and I work for seven days, then I'm off for seven days. I get a mini vacation every other week. It's nice. I really enjoy working nights. It's much quieter and there are not as many people in the pharmacy. 
Plus...who sleeps at night anyway?
  I have more exciting news...that is just going to have to wait. Trust me, I want to stand on top of a building and scream it out loud. But I can't...not just yet. You'll know soon enough.
